Project summary
In Kuesel's home city of O'Fallon, St. Charles County, an operating construction-products facility needed its yard rebuilt. Kuesel saw-cut and removed curb, cut and filled the yard, set pavement subgrade to ±0.10', and placed a 2" minus crushed limestone surface over geotextile with a new concrete approach.
Drainage work included 85 LF of 12" RCP storm, a new inlet, a relocated flared end section, a tie-in to the existing system, a riprap blanket and rock check dams, with silt fence and inlet protection throughout.

The facility stayed in operation, so the yard was regraded and resurfaced around ongoing work. Kuesel relocated an existing flared end, tied new storm into the old system, and armored the outfall with riprap and check dams to control erosion.
