Kuesel Excavating Co. is a family-owned company founded in 1963. That is 60+ years of heavy civil work in the St. Louis region.

Does Kuesel do data center and mission-critical sitework?

Yes. We self-perform the heavy civil scope that gets industrial and mission-critical sites pad-ready: mass grading and building pads, wet and dry underground utilities, stormwater detention, and generator yard hardstands and duct banks.

Should I stabilize soil or undercut it?

Lime and cement stabilization treats poor subgrade in place, while undercutting removes it and replaces it with imported material. We perform lime and cement stabilization and full-depth reclamation (FDR) for Missouri clay and asphalt contractors. Our soil stabilization page explains the options, and our estimators can compare both for your site.
