Convenience store & fuel station – site development & utilities — Crestwood, MO
St. Louis County · 2026
Project summary
On a busy commercial corridor in Crestwood, St. Louis County, Kuesel built the site for a new convenience store and fuel station. Crews removed existing pavement, sidewalk, curb, storm and sanitary, cut and filled the site, and built building, pavement, sidewalk and curb subgrade to ±0.10'.
Storm work included about 1,300 LF of 4" to 36" PVC and HP pipe, 58 LF of trench drain, eight manholes, six curb inlets, two hydrodynamic separators, an outfall and a roughly 14,000 CF underground detention system. A 6" sanitary service with sampling manhole and 2" domestic water rounded out the work, with SWPPP and MSD permits.
