Challenge → approach
A yard for heavy equipment needs a working surface that holds up. Kuesel treated the subgrade in place with 10" of Portland cement instead of undercutting it, then capped it with millings, and built a storm system with large bio-retention and rock outlet protection to handle the runoff.
