Work with owners, developers & facility managers

Kuesel prices hard-bid site packages for general contractors, and that path stays open. Owners, developers and facility managers can also bring Kuesel in directly — earlier, while the site plan, utility layout and subgrade approach can still change.

Delivery paths

Hard bid, negotiated or design-assist.

Hard bid

You or your GC issue complete plans and specs, and we price them as drawn. Send the ITB, plans and geotech through Request a Bid.

Negotiated

We price the site work with you as the design develops, so scope, budget and schedule are worked out together rather than set by the lowest number on bid day.

Design-assist

We review grading, utility and stabilization approaches with your civil and geotechnical engineers from the field side. The engineers keep every design decision; we flag what will be hard or costly to build.

Early involvement

Before a GC is picked, we can give a preliminary sitework budget and a read on site risks such as poor soils, rock, export and utility depth.

Where we can help

What early involvement covers.

  • Site work: clearing, mass grading, building pads and paving subgrade
  • Utilities: water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and detention
  • Soil stabilization: lime, cement and full-depth reclamation, priced against undercut
  • Phasing and sequencing that fit your schedule
