Work with owners, developers & facility managers

Kuesel prices hard-bid site packages for general contractors, and that path stays open. Owners, developers and facility managers can also bring Kuesel in directly — earlier, while the site plan, utility layout and subgrade approach can still change.

## Delivery paths

- Hard bid: You or your GC issue complete plans and specs, and we price them as drawn. Send the ITB, plans and geotech through Request a Bid.
- Negotiated: We price the site work with you as the design develops, so scope, budget and schedule are worked out together rather than set by the lowest number on bid day.
- Design-assist: We review grading, utility and stabilization approaches with your civil and geotechnical engineers from the field side. The engineers keep every design decision; we flag what will be hard or costly to build.
- Early involvement: Before a GC is picked, we can give a preliminary sitework budget and a read on site risks such as poor soils, rock, export and utility depth.

## What early involvement covers

- Site work: clearing, mass grading, building pads and paving subgrade
- Utilities: water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and detention
- Soil stabilization: lime, cement and full-depth reclamation, priced against undercut
- Phasing and sequencing that fit your schedule
