> Sitework on occupied West County campuses in Town and Country, MO: school parking lots, grading, storm and bio-retention built to MSD requirements.

Canonical: https://kueselinc.com/locations/town-and-country-mo

Town and Country is home to West County schools and institutional campuses, and Kuesel built an athletic-field parking lot on one of them. Work on an occupied campus means staging around students, staff and events.

## Occupied West County campuses

Campus sites here usually have old storm and sanitary structures under the area being rebuilt, plus nearby buildings and fields that stay in use. New parking needs stormwater treatment, commonly a bio-retention cell, under MSD permits.

## FAQ

### What has Kuesel built in Town and Country?

A new athletic-field parking lot at a private school: removals, abandoned storm and sanitary manholes, grading, subgrade, storm sewer, an outfall, and a bio-retention cell under MSD permits.

### Can you work on a school campus while it is in use?

Yes. Our Town and Country project was a parking lot on a private school campus, and we also rebuilt storm and bio-retention at a public middle school in south St. Louis County.
